Glucomannan is a dietary fibre, made from the root of the konjac plant that has been used for centuries in traditional Japanese cooking as a thickener or gelling agent. When consumed, glucomannan "sponges" up water in the digestive tract, reducing the absorption of carbs and cholesterol and thus supporting weight loss. 

The "bulky fibre" is then expelled from your body via the natural route. This cleansing effect has been said to help with a host of medical woes like reducing cholesterol, helping control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes, and constipation.

Directions

A typical dose of Glucomannan Fibre is ¼ teaspoon in a large glass of water or juice ½ hour before your meals.

Either have once a day before your biggest meal (packet will last 3 months) or 3 times a day before every meal (intensive - packet will last 6 weeks).
