🚨 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to provide a full refund under the following conditions:
✅ You must send clear photos of the damaged or faulty product within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ If we confirm the issue, we will refund you in full—no need to return the product unless we request it.
✅ If we ask for the product to be returned, we will cover all return shipping costs.

🔄 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We are unable to refund shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
