Im actually surprised how close to real rice these are, a lot better the the konjac only rice in terms of taste and texture. It’s really easy to make, a little softer than expected but that may be due to cooking time.

My naturopath recommended the rice and I was more than a little dubious - but it's great! And how good is it to just boil water over it and let it sit for 10 minutes to cook!
