Return & Shipping Policy

Goods in original package can  be returned for a refund within 14 days (excluding postage & handling). This only applies if the goods are deemed faulty. 

Prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs. We offer free Australia wide delivery for orders over $100. 

All deliveries are made via courier (usually Couriers Please, TNT or Fastway). Once your order has been processed (usually within 24 hours of you placing the order), you should receive an email detailing information about your delivery and when to expect it. 

Here are the approximate times for deliveries:

SA: 1-2 business days

VIC, NSW & ACT: 2-4 business days

QLD, WA & TAS: 3-6 business days

NT: 4-7 business days
