Thank you for choosing ZERO Slim & Healthy Noodles. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you are happy with our products.


  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Should you wish to make a return, kindly notify us by sending an email to, expressing your intention to proceed with a return.
  • For a return to be eligible, the products must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with packaging unopened. If you've opened and used some packets but wish to return the remainder, that’s acceptable. However, please note that refunds will only be issued for the items returned.


  • Upon receipt of your returned items, we will conduct an inspection and subsequently notify you.
  • Once the inspection is completed, you will be informed about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card or original method of payment. The processing time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or bank. For PayPal transactions, refunds are typically instant.


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the received products are damaged or incorrect. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In cases where a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
