๐Ÿ”น2 packs ZERO Noodles
๐Ÿ”น100 ml olive oil
๐Ÿ”น2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
๐Ÿ”น1 onion, finely diced
๐Ÿ”น800 g tin chopped peeled tomatoes
๐Ÿ”นSalt/pepper
๐Ÿ”น6 large basil leaves
๐Ÿ”นRomano or Parmesan cheese
๐Ÿฅฃย ๐ƒ๐ˆ๐‘๐„๐‚๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐๐’:โฃ
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over low heat and add the garlic and onion and fry until golden. Add to the pan and simmer for 10โ€“15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, rinse ZERO Noodles according to the packet instructions, then drain and return to the pot. Pour half the sauce over the pasta and fold through, adding more sauce if needed.
3. Tear the basil leaves into the pasta, season to taste with salt and pepper and lightly toss again. Sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano cheese.
